Welcome to
Hi
Nice to meet you
I'm Leila Rachel, a student acupunturist studying at Yo San University in Southern California.
I was called to acupuncture to tap into the body's ability to heal itself when given the right tools and support.
The more I learn, the more I fall in love with the medicine and the foundation of treating the body and person as a whole, and not chasing symptoms but healing the root.
I'm very grateful to guide you on this journey and help you heal through the body remembering it's own wisdom.
I'm excited to be on this journey with you!
As I build myself as a practitioner, your reviews and shared experience with me helps to build a portfolio for others to take a peek into the healing journey.
I'm deeply grateful for your time and trust.
Services
Experience the art of acupuncture, a mix of modalities put together to restore you to your balance and promote healing.

Acupuncture
Experience this ancient medicine through unique meridian channel and elemental diagnostic methods. Acupuncture works to support both the root and the symptoms, treating not only the ailment itself, but the whole person. Treatments help restore balance within the body, supporting physical, emotional, and nervous system health through a personalized approach to healing.

Herbal Medicine
Traditional Chinese Medicine uses herbal medicine in conjunction with acupuncture to give your body the tools it needs to heal. Traditional formulas and personalized herbal combinations are thoughtfully crafted using Eastern herbs to support your healing journey.

Fire Cupping
Fire cupping is a Traditional Chinese Medicine modality used to bring circulation to a specific area, helping to move stuck blood and energy, release tension, and promote the body’s natural healing process. This therapy can support muscle recovery, pain relief, relaxation, and overall circulation within the body.

Tuina
Tui Na, loosely translated as Traditional Chinese Medicine medical massage, uses specific hands-on techniques in conjunction with meridian theory and acupressure to support healing within the body. Through specific movements and targeted pressure, Tui Na helps promote circulation, release tension, restore balance, and support the body’s natural healing process.

Qi Cultivation
Traditional Chinese Medicine is deeply rooted in qi cultivation practices, including Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and meditation techniques that help the body conserve, restore, move, and cultivate its own energy within it's system. These practices are combined with treatment to help harmonize you with your body, regulate the nervous system, and support the body’s natural healing process from within.

Nutritional Counseling
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the body receives its postnatal energy through the nourishment we take in from food. How we nourish the body is an essential part of the healing process. TCM offers a unique understanding of nutrition, recognizing how different foods support both your individual constitution and the specific organ systems within the body that may need balance and nourishment.
